1. Service
AllwaysGuide provides AI voice concierge and booking tooling for local businesses, optional Google Maps listing integration, and outcome-backed escrow billing for agreed customer results (for example confirmed bookings).
2. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of business hours, services, policies, and availability data; for lawful use of customer information; and for fulfilling confirmed appointments. You must have authority to connect Google Business Profile and phone routing for the locations you manage.
3. Pricing, escrow & outcomes
Public pricing: a one-time $99 Experience Plan, then $399 per quarter for all paid access, plus $5 commission per successful booking. Commission is held in escrow and settled when the booking is complete. Plan fees include ChatGPT advertising coverage and Google Maps voice booking costs as described in your order form. Disputes on outcome qualification are handled through our support process.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or to impersonate another business. We may suspend accounts that create risk for callers or the platform.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” Demo modes and sample merchants are for illustration. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or that every call will convert to a booking.
